JAKARTA – The Indonesian government ready to sue Malaysia claims related to alleged Pendet dance, Bali’s tourism ads displayed through Jiran’s Affairs.

Minister of Culture and Tourism Jero Wacik said this afternoon the government gave a memorandum of protest against the alleged claims Pendet dance. DG is a direct Depbudpar that will send the note.

The next step, he continued, the government will wait for the Malaysian government’s response to determine the next step.

“If not ignored, the Indonesia will conduct the prosecution,” Jero said the Office of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Jero Wacik, Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, Central Jakarta, Monday (24/8/2009).
